Am loyal customer trying to upgrade, am eligible today. Followed online upgrading process to checkout, input upgrade code from Txt and get this message in browser

It seems to be getting worse instead of better, the only solution to most problems now is "call O2" because the web site is seriously unreliable and unstable.

Until O2 put the time and resources into maintenance and employ proper web designers, the website will remain a mixture of broken and non functioning links.
