I think i have been overcharged for a long time by o2. The contract i signed stated that my Bill was split into 2 parts, my device plan and my air time plan (approx £18 each), and once the device was paid off then my bill would be just for the airtime. However, after checking back it seems i am still being billed for the whole total (approx £36) even though my device has been paid off for well over a year.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
