I got a pay as you go sim back in September and when they gave me this new contract they gave me a new number. I rang up so I could change that number to my existing number, but the number on the sim card is still being used which means some calls come through and some dont as it's using my existing number and the number given to me on the sim. I've tried calling up but I don't know what category it fits into so I haven't been able to talk to anyone. If anyone has any ideas of what I can do that would be great!

Hi @potato

You'll need to call O2 on 4445

Other numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
