I'm hoping to move to a new place to live soon - How do I change the billing address for my accounts

Above.

Following a visit to a new supported living place in High Green, Sheffield on Tuesday, it's likely I could be moving from my current abode soon, therefore I'd need to transfer the billing address for all my utilities such as my phone, smart watch etc.

I could do without having to physically go to the shop or call the non UK call centre because they don't understand me (I have a very strong Yorkshire accent) so would there be an online way to do this?

You can change it in Manage My Details section of MyO2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As you're going in store tomorrow anyway, why not do it all at the same time?

But as previously stated, you'll need ID so don't lose it on the way wink

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
