I bought a new samsung phone. I have not yet received my new sim card although requested a few days ago. Now my old phone is no longer working and my new phone has no network coverage

O2 disconnect your old sim when a new one is ordered.
Your new sim will be ready to use when it arrives.
If you need it quicker, go in store with photo ID to get a new one immediately.
