As I had £69 credit on my pay as you go has this been transferred to my contract. I paid £6 by direct debit.and I waas told at the 02 shop that I would not have to pay until september 2025

Look in your billing details in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If you have credit on your account it will show as a minus amount on your bill, ie -£69.00
If your PAYG credit hasn't transferred, you need to contact the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
