I can't top up my phone

Just got a new sim with you I've been trying to top it up all night and this morning but it won't work can I have some advise please? Thanks

There is a batch of fault sim cards going around too so try cs as they might have to send you another one.

Some people find they need to top up with a voucher first ..but if having problems contact CS on 4445
