Hi @Anonymous did you purchase it online? If you did then you will receive a dispatch email when it’s ready. Sounds like the device you ordered may not be in stock if you’ve not received an email

I too took it that it was the acceptance of the original order email. As said call them, I wouldn't advise live chat.
