I'm wanting to do an early upgrade that O2 have contacted me about in order to get a newer iPhone. Usually to upgrade I would part-exchange my current phone to put towards the new phone contract, which would usually drop the price a bit. How do we go about doing this - it doesn't give me any option for this when calculating my new upgrade price? Thanks
