How to get a payment back!!

So due to the Covid crisis both myself and my partner being temporary workers have been let go from work. Meaning we now have no income. We have applied for universal credit but it isn’t due until 30th April. 02 have just taken 142 out of my bank account and left us with absolutely no way of paying for daily essentials and we don’t even have any oil in the house right now. was on the phone this morning for half an hour and nobody answered. How do I get this back?? This is a joke. Especially considering the current circumstances. This phone hasn’t been used in three months either!

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
