Hi, does anyone know is 202 still working?  I've been hold for over an hour now after giving up after an hour last night.  I need to remove a spend cap urgently to make calls to Ireland to arrange delivery of goods to COVID-19 isolation units. Can anyone help?

Yes, still working but obviously very busy.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They are working but running a reduced service. Best time to call is 8am. You will have to be very patient I'm afraid. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
