Ive been with o2 for ~4 1/2 years and now I really want out my contract term ended in January. I know there's probably a 30 day period and that's fine. What's not fine is the only part of the site that talks about ending your contract leads to a FAQ page with nothing about ending contracts. How do I escape this cyclical hellhole and make sure I take my number with me?
They were fine when I joined up and service /coverage etc is still fine. that's not an issue. Just my contract really isnt for me anymore and nothing they offer is enticing me. Time to move on.
