Am trying to call O2 due to possible fraud on my account. If I call 202 (3 x) they cut me off and say ' look forward to speaking to you later' and if I go on to chat it doesn't even start as it is unavailable. There is no e-mail addressto contact. Amazing how the worst company to try and contact is a company dealing in communication.

apparently they're having technical issues which means it's more difficult to contact them. I had to make a twitter account to ask them the same question after trying since 8am to speak to someone in customer service.

Live chat is up & down like a yoyo as well but you can try.

@Markie_mark Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Not sure if calling 0344 809 0202 will be any different @Markie_mark .

You could try messaging on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Thanks Bambino and stphnwrd - much appreciated. Maybe it isn't fraud but some strange things going on - I am receiving multiple e-mails 7 and counting from them to my e-mail address relating to a purchase I did make but addressed to my wife who isn't even listed on my account and with a cc address of someone else I don't recognise.  I'm hoping this is some error rather than fraud as it seems quite clumsy but its worrying when you try to resolve to find you can't.

@Markie_mark Hope you're able to get this sorted. We are all customers here, so you'll have to persevere with trying to reach O2 either by phone or social media. Good luck.
