When I try to log on to the My account page from the business portal - it takes me to an error page which says
Salesforce
We can’t log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user
Can anyone help?

I'm not sure anyone on here can help you
We are all customers and there is no input from O2 staff
You will need to phone your business manager on 8002
