phone broken trying to log into my O2 account but keeps sending codes to my phone

but o2 do not offer alternative route destination for sending code.

o2 say Contact us/ Customer services but dont offer a phone number at their end (but not short of phones there...) and in trying to find alternative contact to them, all options send you round in loops. They just say check Q&As and contact community. They may have a phone number there but not obvious/ hidden/dont want telephone conversations at that end.

So what is telephone number for the customer services please?

You can also put your sim into a working phone to receive the codes and once you do gain access to your MyO2, you can add a backup number to send codes to if you face a similar situation in the future.

You need to contact customer service
