How to change email address which I registered with? I haven’t used it for many years!

Hi, I believe I have explained everything. I would like to change my email address that I registered with. I haven’t used it for many years and would like to swop for my more used one. The truth is I just can’t remember my old

email address. So this would be very helpful for me. Thanks for your time and help! Paul

You won't be able to change it yourself without access to the old email address, but  if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi Paul

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You can change your  email address via this route More> Personal details. Security text will be sent to phone once you click on Personal details...then you can change email address, Save it and exit.
