How to cancel my contract?

Hi, I still have another year to go on my contract but if I pay £70 I can upgrade?? Can I pay the £70 and just walk away?? And if not why not??

Yes you can.
As soon as you pay off what you owe you are free to leave with notice (30 days).

If on Refresh you need to pay off the device plan and give 30 days notice for the airtime. Check in My O2 for the plan you are on.
