My internet is off and I am getting messages from 02 saying I haven't paid my monthly payment when the money was taken from my bank on 10/02/24 !!!! Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

You need to contact O2.

@NNYL If you call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG) or via Skype if you have no access to other phones Guide: A Guide to Skype - call shortly after 8am - queues are shorter then, less of a wait before one of the CS agents picks up your call. Good luck!
