Contract phone has finally died,can't turn on,can't charge it. I don't want to pay for a dead phone!!

@Aidancollins O2 doesn't make phones. If your phone no longer works you need to contact the manufacturer or check to see if it's still under warranty. Either way you still are under contract and are obliged to pay for it. If you stop payments O2 will come after you for any payments you still owe, and they are ruthless when it comes to that.
