I'm unsure of how I go about this, suffice to say that Bekki (one of my carers) has the most brilliant set up she can access it at anytime, whether or not there's no wifi available. So far I've ordered the new blackberry z30 that's as far as I've got, through carphone warehouse.
Is there any help you can give to me??

Simply text ACTIVE to 2020 and the settings will be sent to the phone. Just save them and you should be all set up.

Hi.

If you first check what tariff your on to see if it includes a data allowance.
Pay monthly tariffs have these allowances included. Try to opt for the largest gb you can afford.

If on payg and it does not then either change it via myO2 to include one or you can add a Bolt on or you would be charged £1 for 50mb a day if you access data. 50mb is not much.

If your phone is from 02 it should have all the settings needed pre programmed.

If you get into issues then please come back and we will be able to advise further.

perhaps as it is a blackberry ask in the correct section this is for iphones (asked mods to move it)
