I ordered a sim last week (16th) and they said it was being sent by special delivery next day. The tracking number doesn't look like a royal Mail one (Started with LPN and is 20 characters)>

How long are people waiting for a new sim? And is theer any way to just activate with an eSim or do i need the physical one first?

It's advisable to start with a physical sim but you still need an esim pack if you want to try that route first.

Pop into your local O2 store and see if they can help you.
