Hi have ordered Saturday evening and paid for 4.99 delivery and not heard anything more or had a despatched email.. finding it weird and don’t know how to contact Anyone

Ye, Same here, I ordered a Sim on the 15th and got confirmation email, But I have nothing since. If it starts like this I am beginning to think I have made the wrong decision going with O2.

SIM Cards are sent Royal Mail. As there were a couple of strike days and a Sunday between ordering and now, there is a good chance it is held up
