How do you get past the 0202 number when you have a billing complaint?

Does anyone know how to get past the annoying 0202 number?
Online Help is permenatly busy, on the 0202 number you get the payment loop and there are no alternative numbers to talk to anyone!
O2 have cocked up somewhere when they asked for a Direct Debit thats been set up for years, a subsequent payment by card was sent to O2 days ago and sits pending on our account!
We have 5 phones with O2 and rely on these for our business but I think this will be the last time we renew the contracts!
Help as this is affecting our business!!

The number to call if on contract is 202, not 0202. If you are on a business contract it's 8002

I meant 202, the fustrations of not being able to manage our business this morning is getting me to think about just ordering a EE phone!
We've held back on going to O2 Business and we have heard some horror stories!

O2 on Trustedpilot is a 1 star with over 57% of users unhappy!
