202 is the number you need to call.
It sounds like charge to mobile is blocked on your account.

I think it was the same one they "temporarily blocked" because I stuck a full psn game on it haha

I know we've asked before but giffgaff and Vodafone both do it so it can't be that difficult to implement.
Would deflect one hell of a lot of calls away from customer services too.
