hi, need to contact o2 regarding my spend cap as 202 number wont let me do anything regarding and when i try ring it wont let me through if its not important. but o2 have put a spend cap of 50 pound on my bill when it should be 20, and i cant seem to find online chat on pc or phone no more. Does anyone know why?

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
