How do I cancel my monthly auto-top up on PAYG?

I'm leaving o2. I have a PAYG phone and have enabled auto top-up to top up my balance £10 a month. O2 say only I can cancel the auto top-up and that this has to be done online, I've spent an hour and can't find how to do it. I can alter the amount and frequency of auto top-ups but cant cancel!
