How can we change a standard sim to simplicity and keep current number

I have a monthly account and my partner a pay and go account, both with O2.
How can we upgrade partners P&G to a simplicity sim keeping the same number?

Hi and welcome to the community.

All you need to do is call 4445 and speak to customer service who can make the change for you. (Call will cos 25p).

Fyi we don't recommend the use of Live Chat for account changes.

If you change over the phone or in store you can tell them you want the same number and you can keep it it's no problem
