How can I speak to O2

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am abroad and want to top up my phone, can't do so on line as my address has changed.

Chat is down - no e-mail contact address - 4445 number does not give an option to speak to an operator.

I have been trying for  ~ 2 hours and am sick of fearing the promotion of the week's top 40!

Have a look at @Cleoriff's guide
http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Ways-to-pay-guidelines/m-p/874982
There's a link there for a trusted site to use whilst abroad and many users use it.

It's right down the bottom of the thread

Incidentally @Anonymous if you are trying to top up it's 4444 you should be calling NOT 4445 wink

When calling 445 just press zero and you should be connected to an adviser. You should be able to change your address in My O2.

Just top up online for now and sort out the address change when you get home.

Then just use the mobile top up link given (a few times) on the thread....:smileywink:
