Call and usage records

Hi, I am a pay as you go customer and have deleted my call history on my phone but now need this. How can I see this online?

You can't unfortunately on P&G. You can get it from customer service but you need to fill in the subject access form.

It can take up to 6 weeks, costs £10 and you can only get outgoing calls and texts.
