I want to pay my full device plan off, I can't do this online as it tells me to call the phone number but there is no way to actually speak to a human being unless I am leaving o2 or have fraud to report? This is extremely frustrating why can't I do this online?

Are you wanting to pay off to leave O2?
If so, you can just port out and O2 will bill you the cancellation fee which will be taken by your regular direct debit.

Are you just wanting to pay off your device and stay with o2? If so, call 0800 587 4005 customer services and select the upgrade/leave o2 option and you will get to speak to a human being.
