My mum went into hospital on Friday after a fall. The hospital phone supplier Hospedia are now allowing patients to make phone calls for free as visiting is currently not allowed. Phone calls in to patients are charged at 13p per min by Hospedia, but can be upto 78p per min depending on the network operator charge.
How much will O2 charge me to call my mum - I am assuming this will not be covered by my anytime anynetwork minutes??

to make it easier for you to stay in touch with loved ones, we‘ve removed all our charges for calls to Hospedia bedside telephones, used by patients in over 130 NHS hospitals. So you won’t pay more than the 13p a minute Hospedia charge to operate the lines. We’ll also credit any charges back to anyone that's used this service since the start of the pandemic.
