I ordered a new contract via e sim yesterday but I have just realised I have a phone that doesn't support e sim

You will either have to pop to an o2 store with Photo ID , and they can sort you a physical SIM card, or contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 and they will post you one out.
