I sent my old phone off the insurance and forgot to take sim card out.

I have taken out a sim only plan and requested an Esim but not sure when it'll take affect.

I can't use my phone, please help

If you can't get into MyO2 you may have to visit an O2 Shop

@RachelConnolly You may have to report the sim you accidentally sent off as lost before O2 will issue you with a new sim, be it a physical or esim:
