Hi I am currently on the sick after having major surgery and only getting 300 a month I can pay the latest bill on monday can I please get back on line till then. Thankyou

You need to contact O2 customer services and ask to speak to the Payment Management Team...

I doubt they will resume service until you have paid what you owe, although they may put a payment plan in place Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@110 Be aware that any payment plan offered will probably result in reduced use of your phone until you're paid up in full.
