I'm looking to transfer my old number from my dad's account over to my new contract.
I've had two conversations with CS once on text once on the phone. Both times I've been told it has all been processed and I should receive a text + see the transfer complete within 24 hours. However, nothing happens and my old number/SIM is still working.
Would it be possible to get some help with getting this sorted? I've seen some people have success using the forum for this issue

@Bunkbed We are all customers with no access to anyone's account information. You'll have to persevere with customer service. Transfers can sometimes take longer than 24 hours.

You also both need to be present for the call @Bunkbed - as you need to request the transfer and your Dad needs to approve it...
