Do you mean a PAC code to take your phone to another provider, or the unlock code to use another providers sim in your phone?
If you want a PAC code then you need to contact customer services - via live chat if you are pay monthly or calling if you are PAYG.
If you are a pay monthly customer you can get your unlock code from the My o2 app or through live chat. If you are PAYG then you will need to call customer services.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Been trying to get an unlock code for my iPhone for weeks now. O2 keep telling me that I don't pass the security check, yet I manage to every time I speak with them. They are basically blocking me moving to another provider - so at the moment I am paying for 2 services. Ofcom proving to be useless too. What do you have to do to get away from these idiots.

@Anonymous  If you follow the unlocking guide above you probably don't need to speak to customer service, except to get your PAC, which you could get by either phoning or through Live Chat if you're a Pay Monthly customer.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Anonymous

Make sure the security password you are using is the account password and not the website login password.
