access to account and bills.

I am the account holder of a phone account that was a gift for my grandaughter. I pay the bills and have done so for approximately 5 years now. 

i am unable to access the account and or view old bills. Whilst I have and own the email address and password held with the account, I am not in possession of the mobile device which is always with my grandaughter.

How then can I access the account?

You need to add your number as a backup number to receive verification texts.

You need to do this in your MyO2 but once done you can choose your number to receive the codes.
