Hello - I upgraded my SIM only deal, but when will it start? Nothing is showing in My O2 (I’m keeping the same SIM card so not waiting on that). I wanted to check that the upgrade has gone through as my app still says I can upgrade?

it's usually immediate for a sim only upgrade.
You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that – message them on Social Media -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If you did the upgrade today it will update over night and you will receive emails to confirm completion.
