Hi there can you tell me if my latest bill been paid.As at this moment in time,i cannot not send any texts message's, and also cannot make any calls.

Check your bank account statement to see if the direct debit shows as taken by 02.

It may be a case that the masts are down in your area.

Here's how to check.

Also give your sim a wipe.

Check the ports of your phone to remove any dust or lint as this can have an effect.
