Hard search

Hello. I'm just wondering if a hard search for a contract that didn't even start should be showing on my report?

I didn't go through all of the sign up online when I was looking at getting the s23 in February but I have just had notification that a hard search from O2 from February has been added and my current loan/device plan has increased by £124 on my report.

Think if it was me I would get in touch with 02 in sales and ask them what's going on

Yes it should still show, as you have applied and been accepted for credit, although you didn't go through it still shows..

This is part of the CRA reporting process that all companies go through when you apply for Credit...
