I’ve been experiencing continual calls from your agent . He is mostly unintelligible .i tried and half understood him and gave him my email and security answer . He repeated again and again the same info which I agreed to until it became painful for me to listen . I am seriously ill and told him this ,asking him to not keep calling me .he continued to do so again and again , making me very angry and upset . Asking in the last call “ well when will you be better “. In an exasperated tone . I will not be “ better”: and he has continues to call me . Wha t does he want ?I expect someone to be intelligible when they call me and do not have the energy and strength to keep repeatedly having to deal, with ignorant people who refuse to accept a customers asking them to stop calling . I am considering canceling contract with you because of this despite it taking an age to wade through the mass of irrelevant questions and unrelated sections that make it difficult ,as difficult as your agent to deal with .
He claimed you were blocking y sim and sending a new one , which I haven’t asked for .
