I cannot make calls and when someone tries to call me it says my number is not recognised

I have paid my bill but for some reason I cannot make calls at all. I can however receive texts etc. I suffer with my mental health and now i cannot keep in contact with anyone by my mobile. help needed please.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

You will need to use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and contact o2 on 0800 902 0217 as there is nothing anyone can do from this customer to customer community..  or borrow a phone

If you paid a bill late it can take 24-48hrs for any restrictions to be removed,
