To transfer your number you need to give O2 your PAC. Guide here Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Not sure what you mean about the sim being stolen from your house.

If it has, you need to report it to o2 Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

You can only cancel it if within 14 days of starting the contract, otherwise, you need to pay the full term.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If it has been stolen, then you also need to contact the police on 101 and report the theft, as you are liable for all charges on that sim card, until you notify o2

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
