I have an HTC one which I have had since June and it constantly keeps loosing the network and fuses to make or receive calls, and when it does receive call it will cut off intermittently. Does anyone else have this problem. I have tried to contact O2 but don't really seem to get anywhere. I have reset my phone back to factory settings. I have switched it off and on again and it is running the latest update. I had a very similar problem with my last phone and they swapped the SIM card which made no dofference at all, which is what the have suggested again?? does anyone have any other advice. Feb up paying for a phone thats constantly not working 😞

Contact HTC directly. Maybe they will let you send it to them for repair.

Did you hard reset the phone after applying the update as it's really important?
You could ask HTC to look at it for you.
