HTC Desire C Mobile Internet problems

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've had my HTC Desire C for a year now & just a few days ago my internet isn't working (works with WI-FI). It's stuck on the 'G' connectivity setting on the status bar & won't go up to 'H' or even 3G..I've tried manually typing in the new APN settings but to no avail...Please help, doing my nut in!

As it's a recent issue it's most likely a local network fault. You can check your postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Also, as you have been adjusting your apn's, I'd text the word "active" to 2020 to get the latest correct settings sent to your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It may be worth having your SIM card replaced at an O2 store.

And check your service status here http://status.o2.co.uk

Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working
This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails in this area.
Updated 12:00 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.   So this is probably why.
