I joined O2 couple of days ago and requested number port-in when joining online.
The system then assigned (I had no choice of date) today - 2/3, Saturday, as my port-in date.
As far as I know number porting doesn't happen on a Saturday.
Is it a system error? Am I reasonably expecting it will automatically happen on Monday instead?

You are correct in your assumption that porting does not take place Saturday and Sunday
Hopefully Monday but as customers here we have no access to O2 systems
