Google Play O2 Payment Declined Issue

Hi, I have used £29.66 on my £250.00 monthly allowance, I keep getting declined for using o2 as a payment option on Google Play, I have spoken to o2 and they have confirmed there are no restrictions on my account and that I have £220.34 available but it keeps declining small purchases. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi @Dave-O2, I am still having the issue and even today I was notified that my Spotify subscription which I setup with Charge by Mobile,  has been unsuccessful despite having a £400 spending limit and no transactions recently.
