Hi,

I have a cracking sim only deal so I am planning to order it for my daughter.

This would be a second contract under my account.

She is currently with another network and would like to keep her number.

Can anyone advice what would be the process for this?

I can currently order the new sim card deal via My O2 app.

Cheers, I've actually ordered the sim card and the process is very easy. I've requested PAC from current network and I've entered that when checking out so hopefully it would be transferred over once we activate the sim slight_smile

You will most likely have to chase that up with O2 when the sim arrives @Cebulka

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

See the advice in this guide @Cebulka

You will need your pac from your old provider.

Thanks. I’ve requested PAC code and can see that the phone number was updated in My O2 app. The app is now showing the number that was transferred over.
However this is now showing as “No Service” on the phone ? Please help.
