Thanks. I’ve requested PAC code and can see that the phone number was updated in My O2 app. The app is now showing the number that was transferred over. However this is now showing as “No Service” on the phone ? Please help.

Excellent, this is what I hope will happen.Still not seeing the new account yet in MyO2 app.I've only ordered the new sim tonight so will wait until the sim arrives and we activate it.
