How to get pac code when more than one number linked to account

And if you want a PAC because of the price rise you do have to call 202 as per the email you were sent

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As per @MI5's guide above, note:

"If you have multiple numbers on your account, ... ..., you won’t be able to use the text service. You’ll need to go to My O2 or give us a call to request your PAC code."

or use the MyO2 option as stated in the guide.
